Dining and Enjoying the View
At dinner, selections for the table include expertly Cured Meats & Pate, the Seafood Plateau Tower, House Made Bread, Lamb Meatballs, Baked NJ Clams and more. Kick off your meal with a delightful seasonal favorite, the Summer Strawberry Salad. When you move on to Mains, the tender, savory Smoked Amish Chicken is a guest favorite. We highly recommend the Halifax Burger that is also on the lunch menu. It is topped with bacon-onion marmalade, butter lettuce, NY Cheddar, fresno pepper sauce on a seeded brioche bun. Halifax also serves lunch and weekend brunches giving you many reasons to return.
Sushi by Bou at W Hoboken is not to be missed. This omakase experience features a 12-course tasting menu crafted by an Edomae-style sushi chef using premium Japanese fish, paired with artisan cocktails, imported sake, and Japanese spirits. It is open Tuesday through Sunday.
Living Room Bar
The ideal setting for relaxing and imbibing is W Hoboken’s Living Room Bar. The award-winning Head Bartender and Supervisor, Jose Cordero has created bespoke drinks that includes a “secret menu” with libations you won’t find anywhere else.
