Bols Vodka ($17.95) – Made from 100% grain, Bols Vodka is distilled and then filtered through charcoal to achieve an exceptionally smooth, pure character. Produced by Lucas Bols, the Amsterdam-based spirits house dating to 1575, it’s a wheat-based vodka that was introduced to the US market in September 2022.

Ingredients:

-1 oz Bols Triple Sec

-1 oz Bols Vodka

-1 oz Cranberry juice

-0.5 oz Lime Juice

-Garnish: Orange Zest 

Method: Shake all ingredients ?and fine strain in a martini glass. ?Garnish with orange zest.

Muff Irish Vodka ($37.99) – Handcrafted in Ireland from locally grown potatoes, this vodka is distilled six times, giving it a smooth, refined finish with subtle vanilla notes and a creamy, earthy character. The Muff Liquor Company is exclusively distributed in the U.S. by Lucas Bols.

Strawberry Basil Crush

Ingredients:

-1.5 oz Muff Irish Vodka

-1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

-0.5 oz Honey

-3 Strawberries (To Muddle)

-4 Basil Leaves (To Muddle)

-Top with Sparkling Water

-Garnish: Strawberry slice and basil leaf

Method: Muddle fresh strawberries and basil leaves together in a highball glass. Add fresh lemon juice, honey, vodka and ice. Stir and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a strawberry slice and a basil leaf.

OYO Honey Vanilla Bean Vodka ($36.99) – Made by Middle West Spirits, it starts with their flagship unfiltered American Character Vodka, infused with local wildflower honey and single-source, fair-trade organic vanilla beans processed at their own distillery.

Vanilla Rouge

-1.5 oz OYO Barrel Finished Honey Vanilla Bean Vodka

-0.5 oz Salerno Blood Orange Liqueur

-0.5 oz Lime Juice

-1 oz Cranberry Juice

Method: Add all ingredients into shaker tin and shake vigorously until well chilled. Double strain into coupe glass and garnish with a blood orange wheel.
