Poet’s Corner – Tai Chi

Like so many of us, Marsha Solomon does Tai Chi every morning. She says, "I really think this exercise brings lots of benefits for heath and it is not stressful."

Tai Chi is like the vines,

Turning, crossing, clinging to the branches,

Rooted in place.

A twirl, a turn,

A method of arms and hands

Reaching out

Gathering light.
