Are you thinking about pairing your Cabernet Sauvignon with a meal? Some of the foods that the wine complements well include hearty fare such as steak, lamb chops, and short ribs. Serve the wine with vegetable dishes that include red lentil soup, mushroom risotto, and roasted winter veggies like beets, butternut squash or Brussels sprouts.
