Ok, these are not heritage garments, but for very low tariff, one can add color and style to the time between sleeveless and wool. Most of the toppers are cotton/acrylic or rayon combos. Most come in multiple color combinations. Many – due to price level- don’t offer closure, but adding that with hook, toggle, or snap is easy. Especially if you’re prone to solid ensembles, they add pizzazz.
